Our Story
Fresh out of college, Mr. Dion Koh was recruited as a regular with the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) as a Senior Technician, maintaining critical infrastructures within the airbases. These years spent in RSAF not only brought back fond memories but deep feelings of passion and gratitude. Time flies, but it was not over for Mr. Dion Koh.
As a team leader for engineering services, Mr. Dion Koh portrayed excellent track records with characteristics of commitment, teamwork and high operational efficiency. Indebted to the learning and development opportunities through training and work challenges in the RSAF, Dion decided to put his forte into good use by contributing back to Singapore and the community.
In 2001, Wesmech Engineering was born with the support of a team of work buddies from RSAF. Wesmech Engineering was built with the foundation of the same core values inculcated by the RSAF ; Loyalty, Leadership, Discipline, Professionalism, Fighting Spirit, Ethics, Care, Safety and Team Excellence. The Wesmech team constantly challenges itself to excel and to develop valuable and sustainable solutions to all of its customers and also, improving the quality of life within the communities
