Job Description:

• Station on-site and perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance works in Mechanical and Electrical Systems according to Scheduled Maintenance
• Attend to feedback, Breakdown and customer service requests
• Attend to Fault-Calls and carry out rectification of Faults within specified time and budget
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors on works according to scheduled maintenance, repair, shut-down and overhaul works
• Assist Engineer/Manager to update records of Mechanical and Electrical system servicing reports and monitor the performance of the systems and equipment

Job Description:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Proficient in MYOB, Proficient in MS Office, Good Communication Skill, Good Writing Skill
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the construction-related projects.
• Abilities to work with Consultants
• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, project management, good communication skills, good personal-relationship skill
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
